Every Capra lamb is born, raised, and processed entirely in the United States. Our animals graze on American pastures, are harvested at USDA inspected facilities in Texas, and never leave U.S. soil from birth to your table. Regenerative Agriculture
Capra is Regenified Certified, meaning our ranching practices are independently verified to improve the land, not just use it. Through rotational grazing and holistic land management, our ranchers rebuild soil health, improve water cycles, increase biodiversity, and strengthen ecosystems. High Animal Welfare
Our animal welfare standards aren't self reported, they're certified. Capra is Certified Humane® Raised & Handled for Grass-Fed Lamb. Our lambs roam freely on open pastures, are never given antibiotics or added hormones, and are raised with the space and care to express their natural behaviors. When you see the Certified Humane seal, it means a third party has verified that our animals are raised right not just our word, but their standard.
